We operate from A-68 in the DDA Sheds within Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2. If you have ever been to this part of Okhla, you know it is a maze of sheds and small factories. Our place is one of the older units, and it has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Effectron Luminex Ltd has been here for years, focusing on lighting and electronics. It is a noisy place with the sound of machines and trucks constantly in the background. Inside, we have rows of shelves filled with components and a few workstations where the assembly happens. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working near the entrance. We keep things very informal around here. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually catch up on the local news during our breaks. We aren't interested in being a polished corporate entity. We are just a group of people who know how to work with lights. Every day brings a different set of challenges, from fixing a machine to sorting out a delivery error. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on getting the orders out to our customers. It isn't always pretty, but it is real work and it keeps us going.
