C&S Electric Limited

We are situated at 222 Okhla Indl. Estate, Phase-Ill, which is right in the heart of one of the busiest industrial hubs. C&S Electric Limited has been operating from this building for a good while. Okhla Phase III is always crowded with delivery vans, tempos, and people rushing to get to their shifts. Our building, number 222, is a sturdy structure that has seen a lot of activity over the years. Inside, the floors are hard and the walls are painted a simple off-white that has faded slightly. We have different sections for different types of work, but it all feels very connected. There is a lot of movement throughout the day as people go between the office and the storage areas. The air smells a bit like machinery and cardboard, which is typical for this estate. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and a microwave for lunch. It is a very grounded place to work; nobody is trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We focus on the orders we have to process and the emails that need answering. Sometimes the power goes out and the generator kicks in with a loud hum, which is just standard for Okhla. We like being here because everything we need, from hardware stores to couriers, is just a short walk away. It is a busy, honest workspace.
