Birla Power Solutions Ltd.

We are located up on the ninth floor, specifically 902 at Bhikaji Cama Bhawan. Being in Bhikaji Cama Place means there's always a lot going on around us. Birla Power Solutions Ltd. is tucked away in this big building, and it’s where we handle all the daily grind. The elevators are sometimes slow, so we’ve learned to be patient in the mornings. Inside, it’s mostly desks, phones, and stacks of files related to power projects. We aren't into the whole flashy corporate image. Our office is functional, and that’s what matters to us. We deal with power systems, so a lot of our time is spent looking at diagrams or talking to technicians on-site. It can be stressful when there’s a power issue somewhere and we have to coordinate things quickly. We try to keep it simple and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and people out in the field. Sometimes we stay late when the workload gets heavy, but that’s just part of the job. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know how the system works. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it grounded. We’re just the team at 902 making sure the power stuff stays sorted and the paperwork gets filed correctly before the day ends.
