We are set up at number 8 in the local shopping complex over in Madangir. It is a pretty busy area most of the time, with shoppers and other business folks running around constantly. The office itself is not very big, just a few rooms where we keep our stuff and handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and trying to keep things organized, though it often feels like we are drowning in paperwork. The parking situation can be quite a mess in the mornings, so many of us end up walking a bit of a distance after finding a spot. It's a good way to start the day, I suppose, even when it is hot outside. We have a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business, which has its ups and downs. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that; we just focus on the projects at hand. The local market nearby is handy for getting tea or a quick lunch when we don't have time to cook. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the landlord is decent enough. It is not a flashy place, but it gets the job done for what we need. Sometimes the noise from the complex can be a bit much, but you just put your head down and keep working. The local market is always full of life, and it keeps us from getting too bored. We are just regular people doing our bit.
