Aditya Energy Systems

Working out of J-4/127-B in the DDA Flats at Kalkaji feels very different from working in a typical office building. Since it is a residential flat, Aditya Energy Systems has a very home-like atmosphere. You have to walk up several flights of stairs to get to us, which is a good workout for everyone on the team. The rooms are small, so we are all quite close to each other while we work. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from children playing outside to someone’s television through the walls. We have adapted the space to fit our needs, with desks squeezed into corners and shelves built up to the ceiling to hold all our supplies. The balcony is our favorite spot to take a quick break and look out at the other flats. It is a busy place, and there is always something going on in Kalkaji. At Aditya Energy Systems, we don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and you are right there with the rest of us. We keep a stash of biscuits in the cupboard for when we get hungry in the late afternoon. It is a simple, no-frills way to run things. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry much about how the office looks to outsiders.
