Mini Restaurants

We are over on Kaladungi Road in Haldwani, not far from Mukhani Churaha. It is a busy intersection and there is always something going on outside our doors. Mini Restaurants has been part of this street for a while. We are not a big chain or anything like that. It is just us here. The space is simple with basic tables and chairs. We do not have air conditioning that works perfectly all the time, but we have fans and we keep the windows open when it is cool. People from the nearby offices and shops come in for their lunch. We know most of them by name now. The menu is what we can manage to cook fresh every day. We do not keep a huge stock of frozen stuff. If we run out of something, it is gone for the day. My younger brother helps with the deliveries around the neighborhood on his scooter. It is a small operation. We have some regular guys in the kitchen who have been with us since the start. We do not have a website or any fancy social media. People just walk in because they are passing by or they live nearby. It is an honest way to make a living. Haldwani is growing fast, but we just keep doing what we have always done on Kaladungi Road. It is just a plain restaurant for regular people who want a hot meal.
