TULIPBROOK CONCEPTS LLP

Our place is at Plot No 52 in Prerna Nagar, which is just off Katol Road. Tulipbrook Concepts LLP is what we decided to call our little venture when we first started out. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we get our daily work done. We’ve got a couple of big tables for laying out plans and enough chairs for the few of us who work here. Being in a residential-style plot makes it feel more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We don't have a dress code or any of those corporate rules that make work feel like a chore. Usually, there’s tea going and someone is probably arguing about a measurement or a design choice. We handle a lot of the conceptual side of things, trying to figure out how to make ideas work in the real world. Katol Road can get a bit noisy with the trucks passing by, but once you’re inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of us typing or talking. We don't have a mission statement or a list of core values on the wall. We just try to be honest with people about what can be done and how long it will take. If a project is going to be difficult, we say so right at the start. It’s a small, local operation, and we prefer it that way because we can stay involved in every single thing that goes out the door. We aren't looking to be some massive company, just to be reliable and do our jobs well.
