JP House is where you'll find us, specifically up on the first floor in room 101. We are located in the Ravi Nagar area of Nagpur, right in the 440001 zip code. We’ve been working as architects from this building for a good number of years. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sales team. It's just a bunch of desks with computers and rolled-up plans. We do a lot of the technical stuff that comes with building in Nagpur. Ravi Nagar is a central place, so it’s easy for us to get to different sites around the city. We spend our mornings checking on construction and our afternoons back here at JP House doing drawings. We don't bother with a lot of fancy talk because we think it just gets in the way. People come to us when they need a plan that actually works and follows the rules. We’ve seen a lot of projects through from just an idea to a finished building. It’s hard work and sometimes things go wrong with the weather or the supplies, but we just keep at it. It’s a small firm, so you usually end up talking to the same few people every time you call. We prefer it that way. It keeps things simple and keeps us focused on the blueprints and the math of the structure.
