We’ve been here in Lakadganj for quite a while now. Our office is tucked away in Yogi Krupa Apartment, right near Kachi Visa Oswal Bhavan. It’s a busy part of Nagpur, but we like it here. People often miss the turn for Shop UG 3, but once you find us, it’s a pretty quiet space to work on drawings and talk through ideas. We spend most of our days looking at blueprints and trying to figure out how to make things fit. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of back and forth with clients and local site visits. Sometimes we are out in the heat more than we are in the office. Our team isn't huge, just a few of us who know the local building rules and how things actually get built around here. We deal with all sorts of small and big projects. Sometimes it’s just a house renovation, other times it’s something bigger. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with a few desks and a lot of paper. Lakadganj is a good place to be based because we can get to most parts of the city fairly easily from here. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. If you’re coming by, look for the Oswal Bhavan landmark first, it makes finding us much easier. We’re usually here during normal business hours, unless we’re out at a site checking on progress.
