Ziyaullakhan Architect & Interior Designer

You can find our office in the Mahal area of Nagpur, specifically in Dakshinamurti Galli. We're based in Patel House, which is right behind the Hindu Girls High School. It's an old part of town with a lot of history, and we've been working out of this spot for a long time now. Ziyaullakhan handles the architectural side of things and the interior design too. Most of our work comes from people living right here in the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend or a cousin. We spend our time drawing up plans for houses and making sure the interiors aren't cramped or uncomfortable. Mahal is a pretty crowded place, so we often have to be a bit clever about how we use the available space. We don't really do big flashy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand, whether it's a small renovation of an old room or a brand-new building. It gets pretty busy around Mangalwari, but we really like the atmosphere and the people here. We talk to clients about what they need, maybe they want a bigger kitchen or a better way to let some light into a dark living room. We try to keep things as practical as possible. Architecture can be a bit complicated with all the rules, but we try to explain things simply so everyone is on the same page. It’s just us here working through projects one at a time and making sure things get done.
