It is a residential kind of building, so it feels a bit like home here. Being near Bhawans School means we hear the bell ring and the kids shouting in the afternoons, which keeps things lively. Nagpur gets pretty warm, so our office is usually a retreat from the sun. Inside, there are several desks where we all sit together. Girish is usually around, looking over someone's shoulder at a drawing. We don't have flashy signs or a big corporate lobby. It is just a flat that we have turned into a workspace for our associates and staff. There are piles of blueprints in the corners and samples of tiles and wood sitting on the shelves. We spend a lot of time on our computers, but there is always a lot of hand-drawing going on too. People come by to talk about their renovations or new builds.
