Up on the second floor of Midas Hights. That’s where we are. Ramdaspeth is a busy part of Nagpur. You can hear the cars and bikes all day. The office isn't too big, but it’s enough for our desks and the big rolls of drawings. We spend most of our hours looking at those blueprints. Someone is always on the phone with a contractor or a supplier. It gets noisy when everyone is talking at once. We’ve got coffee most mornings, usually someone brings it in. There are a few plants near the window, trying to get some sun. People come in with ideas for their homes or offices. We sit around the main table. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how things are actually being built. That’s the part where we get our boots dusty. Coming back to the office feels different then. We like the location here because it's central. Clients find us easily enough. Midas Hights is a well-known building in this area. We’ve settled into a rhythm. The elevator is sometimes slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s just a normal workplace. We draw, we plan, and we talk. At the end of the day, we switch off the lights and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and our clients.
