Ar.Prashant Satpute Firm

Our little office is tucked away in New Subhedar Lay Out here in Nagpur. Most folks around here know the playground nearby, so if you find that, you’ve basically found us at Plot No 179. Ar.Prashant Satpute is the name on the door, and we’ve been doing this for a while now. It’s not some big, fancy corporate building with a glass front. It’s just a practical space where we sit down and get to work on architectural drawings and plans. Some days it gets pretty hectic with all the paper everywhere and the phone ringing while we’re trying to figure out a design detail. We focus on local projects mostly, helping people build what they need without making it overly complicated. Being in Nagpur, the weather gets really hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going and just push through the day. There are a few of us here, and we’ve known each other for years, so it’s a relaxed vibe, maybe a bit messy sometimes. We don't really do the whole big presentation thing. Usually, people just drop by to talk about their house or a small shop they’re putting up. It’s honest work, and we like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes we take a break and walk over by the playground when it's not too crowded. It’s just a normal business doing its thing day by day.
