Our office is located at 6 B/C on North Ambazari Road in the Gandhi Nagar area. It’s part of the Corporation Colony, and if you know where the skating ground is, we are right near there. We’ve been based in Nagpur for a long time. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a place where we get work done. We spend our days dealing with site plans and architectural details. It's a practical workspace on North Ambazari Road. Being here means it’s easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. We aren’t really interested in the big marketing talk. We just like to focus on the projects people bring us. Whether it’s a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we take it as it comes. The 440010 area is a good spot for us. We’ve seen the skating ground get busy on weekends while we are finishing up drawings. We talk to contractors, check on materials, and try to keep things moving. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Usually, it's just us and the drafting boards. If you’re around Gandhi Nagar, that’s where you’ll find Jayant Tikkas. We keep things honest and just try to do a decent job for everyone who walks through the door. It's about getting the measurements right and making sure the construction actually matches the paper.
