Our place is quite close to Lokanchi Shala and Amma Hospital, which are two big landmarks that people use to find us. Being near a hospital and a school means there is always someone walking by. It is a lively part of Reshim Baug. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is just a local business run by people who live right here in Nagpur. We spend a lot of time making sure the kitchen is ready for the day. It’s a lot of manual work, from carrying in the bags of vegetables to scrubbing the counters at night. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere without being too formal about it. Sometimes the road outside gets loud with the traffic on Great Nag Road, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just wanted a place where we could cook and be part of the community. It’s a simple, honest setup where we focus on the work instead of the image. That’s just how we like to do things.
