Aamantran Cateres

We've been here in Bharat Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot right near Datta Mandir on Amravati Road. It's just a small place, S/66. We spend most of our mornings getting the vegetables sorted and the spices ground up. Catering is a lot of work, but we like doing it. It isn't always easy when there's a big order, but we manage. My uncle started this and then we just kept it going. We do weddings, birthdays, and small house parties. People come by the shop to talk about menus. We use old recipes that haven't changed much. Sometimes the kitchen is a mess but the food comes out right. We don't have a big fancy office. Just the kitchen and some space to store the big pots. You can usually smell what we're cooking if you're walking down the street towards the temple. It's mostly just family working here. We know the neighbors pretty well. Bharat Nagar is a busy area, but we've found our rhythm here. If someone needs food for fifty people or five hundred, we just figure out how many bags of rice we need and get to work. It's honest work. We don't do much advertising. People just find us or hear from someone else. That's how it's always been at Aamantran Cateres. We just try to get the food delivered on time. The stove stays hot most of the day and we are always checking that the ingredients we buy from the local market are fresh.
