Bawarchi Caterers

We are located at Vijay Arcade right in Shankar Nagar. If you know the area, you know we are right across from the Deaf and Dumb School. It’s a busy spot during the day with all the kids and the traffic moving through. We’ve been running Bawarchi Caterers from this same building for a good while now. Most mornings start pretty early for us. We get the burners going and start the prep work long before most people are even awake. It is just how it goes when you’re in the food business. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just our kitchen and a small space to handle the orders. Shankar Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up here. More buildings have gone up and the roads are definitely noisier than they used to be. Our day is usually spent chopping vegetables and making sure the spices are right. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We handle everything from small local lunches to the bigger stuff people need for their family events. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our name while passing the school. We just try to keep things moving and get the orders out on time every day. That’s pretty much all there is to our story. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy and we like the people around here.
