Our place, Chapati Centers Catering Services, is situated at Plot No 12 in Pradhan Layout. You can find us right near the 3rd bus stop in Gopal Nagar. It’s a handy location for us because the bus stop is a good landmark for people who aren't from this part of town. We spend a lot of our time making chapatis and getting food ready for delivery. It is a simple business without any big secrets. The kitchen is the heart of everything we do. Most days start before the sun is really up so we can get the first batches done. The heat from the stoves is something you just get used to after a few weeks. Gopal Nagar is a decent area to work in, though it gets a bit crowded during the evening rush when everyone is coming home from work. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the dough is right and the food is cooked properly. We’ve been at this layout for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. People come to us when they need a lot of bread for an event or just don't want to cook at home. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just a local crew doing our thing every single day.
