Himalaya Caterers

I started Himalaya Caterers a while back near the Sagarta Complex on Hingna Road. It is right opposite where the old Octroi No 9 used to be. Most people around here know the spot. We spend most of our mornings getting the kitchens ready. It gets quite busy when there are big events to handle. We have been at this Hingana Road location for several years now. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. Usually, you will find someone here packing up crates or cleaning the big pots. We handle a lot of local stuff. Dealing with food is a lot of work and long hours. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the traffic on Hingna Road makes deliveries a bit slow, but we manage. My team has been with me for a long time. We know the neighborhood well. People just drop by the office at Sagarta Complex when they need to talk about a party or a wedding. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw us working somewhere else nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, cook, and make sure everything is where it needs to be. That is pretty much our daily routine. We don’t have a big corporate setup, just a kitchen and some good people who know how to cook for a crowd.
