Darshan Caterers is right in the middle of everything at Gandhi Chowk in Sadar. If you know Sadar, you know how busy it gets with all the shoppers and the traffic. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a few years now. The kitchen stays pretty active most of the time. We aren't a big corporate company with fancy brochures. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for large groups. Being near the chowk means we hear the noise of the city all day long. It's an old part of town and we like it that way. We do a lot of catering for weddings and different family celebrations around here. Usually, it’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially during the busy season when everyone seems to be having a party at the same time. We don’t spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the job for us. People know where we are and they know what to expect when they walk into our shop. The air in Sadar always smells like street food and spices, and our kitchen fits right in. We just focus on the recipes we’ve always used and try to get the orders delivered on time. It is a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do best. There isn’t much more to tell about us, we just keep the fires going for the neighborhood.
