Al Zam Zam Cateres

Al Zam Zam Cateres is located at Plot Number 1459 in the Mahatma Fule Bazar area of Mominpura. We are pretty close to the Mohammadiya Madarsa in Do I Nagar. Nagpur, and especially Mominpura, is known for its food, and we are right in the thick of it. Our kitchen stays busy most days of the week. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are big orders to get out. We don’t have a big dining room or anything like that because we focus on getting the food to where the people are. The Bazar is always loud and crowded, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we’ve lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in when things get hectic. We use simple recipes and big pots. There’s no fancy corporate structure here, just us making sure the salt is right and the containers are packed properly. Sometimes things get a bit messy in the kitchen when we are in a rush, but that’s how cooking goes. We like being part of the Mominpura community. People know us by name, and we know them. We don't spend money on big ads; we just keep the stove going and let the smell of the food do the talking.
