Xynteo New Growth Lab Foundation

Xynteo New Growth Lab Foundation is located right in the heart of Mumbai’s business district, Nariman Point. We’re up on the 15th floor of Maker Chamber V, specifically in suite 1519. Being on Jamnalal Bajaj Marg means we are surrounded by a lot of history and big business, but our office feels a bit more grounded than all that. It’s a decent-sized space with a good view of the area. We spend our days working on new ideas for growth and how things can be better. Even though we are in a big office building like Maker Chamber V, we try to keep a friendly, small-team atmosphere. It’s easy to get lost in the corporate feel of Nariman Point, but we prefer to keep things simple. We have our meetings around a regular table and there’s always a pot of coffee going somewhere in the back. The 15th floor is high enough to get away from the street noise, which helps us focus on our projects. We’ve been at this address for some time and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The elevators are always busy, and there’s a constant stream of people in the lobby. We just do our work and try to make a bit of a difference from our corner of the 15th floor. It’s a professional spot, but we aren't about the flashy corporate life. We’re just here to work on what matters to us.
