You can find us at House No. 088 in Venuka Mauli Niwas, right in the Khar Danda area. It’s a residential-looking place, so it feels more like a home than an office. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite some time now. People stop by all the time, sometimes just to say hello or ask for help with something small. It gets a bit crowded in the main room when we have a lot of visitors. We don’t really do big ads or anything. Most people hear about us from their neighbors. Khar Danda is a tight-knit place, so news travels fast. We help out where we can, whether it’s food or just a bit of support during a hard week. The house is old but we keep it tidy. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks, so it can be a hassle to get here, but we are always around. We aren't some big corporate entity; we are just people living and working in the same streets as everyone else. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. We just have some chairs and a desire to see our neighbors doing okay. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We might not have everything figured out, but we try to do right by everyone who walks in. It’s just how we operate here in this corner of the city, day in and day out.
