Adarshnagar Magas Vargiya Mahila

We are located in Govandi, specifically in the Bainganwadi area of Mumbai. Our group, Adarshnagar Magas Vargiya Mahila, works out of a small space on Road No 11. It's Plot No 30 K, on the first floor in Room No 2. People around here know the building pretty well. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s a busy neighborhood. There is always something going on outside our door, like the vegetable sellers and the kids running around. We deal with things right here in the community. If you are looking for us, you just head down the main road and turn into the lane for Road 11. The room is easy to find once you get up to the first floor, though the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a simple room where we get our work done. Most of us live nearby or have been part of this area for years. Mumbai is a big city, but Govandi feels like its own world sometimes. We stay busy with the day-to-day stuff. The address might seem long on paper, but it's just where we are. We just try to keep things moving forward for the women in our group. It gets a bit crowded in the office sometimes when everyone shows up at once. We manage to make it work though. Being on the first floor helps keep us away from the street noise a little bit. That's about it for us.
