Virgin-Atlantic Airways

The office is located in Thane, right here in Maharashtra. It started up after the time spent in the Indian Navy. Moving from navy life to handling things for Virgin-Atlantic Airways was a big shift, but we’ve settled into the 401107 area just fine. It’s a simple space with desks, some old files, and computers that sometimes run slow when the heat gets bad. We don’t have fancy lobby decor or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just about getting the paperwork done and making sure the bookings are logged correctly in the system. Thane is a busy place, and the commute can be a bit of a headache most mornings, but once we’re in the office, it’s all about the work. We talk to people on the phone quite a bit. Sometimes the line is bad, so we have to repeat ourselves. The address is pretty easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular place where people come to get their travel sorted. We have a few chairs for visitors, though they aren’t the most comfortable things in the world. We drink a lot of tea while looking at flight schedules. It’s steady work. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes and tea stains. That is just how it goes here in the office.
