Vimal Dubey Foundation

Vimal Dubey Foundation is located in the Runwal & Omkar E-Square building over in Sion East. We’re up on the second floor, specifically in room 201-D. Being in Mumbai, things are always a bit rushed around here. The building is pretty big, so sometimes people get a little lost trying to find the right door on the 2nd floor, but once you’re there, it’s not too bad. The office looks out over the street, so we see the traffic moving toward Mumbai City all day long. It's a busy part of Maharashtra, and you can really feel that energy every time you open the window. Inside, it’s just a standard office space with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full of paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just going through documents at our desks. It isn't a quiet place, especially when the trains are running nearby in Sion, but it works for us and our needs. We've been here for a while now and know the local tea stall guys downstairs pretty well. Most of our day is just spent handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running a foundation in a big city like Mumbai. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get things done without making a fuss. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do every single day.
