You can find our factory, Basant Rubber Factory Ltd., at Plot No. 103-B on L. B. S. Marg. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now, dealing with all things rubber. The smell of raw rubber is something you get used to pretty quickly once you step inside the doors. We make various rubber components that go into other products or machines. It’s a bit of a messy process with the heat and the molds, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't trying to be a fancy modern tech company. We are a factory, through and through. Our machines are old but reliable, and many of the people working here have been with us for years. We handle everything from mixing the rubber compounds to the final curing process. Sometimes the orders are big, and sometimes we are just making a few custom pieces for a regular customer. L.B.S. Marg is a busy road, so there is always noise from traffic outside mixing with the sounds of our heavy presses. We don't have a polished sales pitch or a marketing department. We just produce the rubber goods that our customers ask for. It gets hot in the building, especially during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay on schedule. It’s a local operation where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We just focus on the practical side of manufacturing rubber products.
