Dipak Rubber Works

We’ve been based out of Goregaon East for quite some time now, specifically over in the Charandev Royal Palms area near Aarey Milk Colony. It’s a busy spot, and most days start pretty early for us here at Dipak Rubber Works. The smell of raw rubber is just something you get used to after the first week of working in this industry. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. We handle a lot of different rubber parts and moldings, mostly just following what’s needed for the orders that come in. The machines can be noisy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to finish up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot around Aarey, with more traffic and buildings coming up, but we just stay focused on the work on our benches. Some of us have been working here for years, so we know the rhythms of the machines by heart. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the pieces come out right before they get packed up. There isn’t much to say other than we show up, do the job, and go home at the end of the shift. If you walk past the gate, you’ll probably see us unloading supplies or just taking a quick break by the entrance. It’s a practical business, and we don’t really go in for anything flashy. We just keep the production going day after day in this little corner of the colony.
