Venezia Jain Foundation

Venezia Jain Foundation is based right in the heart of Zaveri Bazar. This area is always crowded and noisy. We are located on the third floor of Prakash Bhuvan on Agiary 2nd Lane. It's an old building, just like most of the structures around here in Kalbadevi. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get up to us because there is no lift. The area is famous for gold and jewelry, so there is always a lot of movement and security outside on the street. We spend our days in the office handling the foundation's business. It's not a very big space, but it's where we do everything from planning to paperwork. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the noise from the street gets way too loud, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we wanted to help out in our own way. We don't have any big brochures or a professional PR team. It's just us sitting at our old desks and making calls. The market vibe is very different from a modern office park. We see the same faces every single morning when we arrive for work. It feels like we're part of the long history of this place. We handle the paperwork and coordinate our projects from this small room. If you're looking for us, you have to look carefully for the sign on the second lane. It's very easy to miss if you're not paying attention to the building names.
