You can find us on the 10th floor of the Morya Blue Moon building. We are in office 1004. Being on New Link Road in Andheri West means we are right in the thick of it. The traffic down there is almost always at a standstill, so we can see the long lines of cars from our windows. The 10th-floor view is one of the better parts of working here. Uprise India Initiative Foundation has been in this spot for a bit. The building is one of those modern ones, but the elevators can take forever during the lunch hour. Inside our office, it’s pretty much what you’d expect. We have desks, computers, and a lot of folders. It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest station, so most of us are a bit tired by the time we get to our desks. The air conditioning is a necessity here, and we usually have it running all day. We have a small table where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. The space is a bit echoes because of the hard floors, but we don't mind. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep it pretty casual among ourselves. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to catch up on. You can see the lights of the city coming on as it gets dark. It’s just a regular office life for us in Andheri. We keep things moving as well as we can every day.
