Ums Foundation

Our office is located at Nariman Point, which is a pretty well-known part of Mumbai. We are on the first floor of the Mafatlal Centre, specifically in room 102. The building sits on plots 221 and 222 on Vidhanbhavan Marg. It’s a busy area with lots of other offices and government buildings around. Even though Nariman Point is seen as a big business hub, our setup for the Ums Foundation is quite modest. We have just the space we need to handle our daily work. The hallways in the building can be a bit confusing if you’re not used to them, but once you find the first floor, we’re right there. We spend a lot of time at our desks. There’s always something to organize or a phone call to take. Being near the water is nice, though we don't really see much of it from inside the office. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because it gets so hot in the city. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. It’s just a standard office with computers and papers. We’ve been in this building for a while and the security guards know us by name. It’s a professional enough environment, but we keep things very down-to-earth inside our four walls. We just focus on getting the work done and heading home like everyone else.
