Ufci Foundation

Our office for Ufci Foundation is located on the second floor of North Villa. It’s on Plot 30 along Dr. Ernest Borges Road in Parel. If you know the Mumbai area, you know Parel is usually quite busy. We’re in 7B, which is a small but functional space for the team. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting things organized and working on our various tasks. It’s a typical Mumbai building, so it has its quirks, like the stairs and the sounds of the street outside. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building. We just have this spot where we can sit down and get our work finished. Dealing with the traffic on the way here is probably the hardest part of the day. Once we’re inside, things are a lot calmer. We spend our hours going through records, making calls, and planning what comes next for us. It’s a lot of administrative work, to be honest. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything. It’s just us and our computers. We chose this part of Mumbai because it's central, even if the commute can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The building has a bit of history to it, and we like that. It feels real. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just do the work we need to do from our little corner on the second floor.
