We are over at Level 2 in 2 North Avenue, which is part of the Maker Maxity complex. It’s right in the middle of Bandra-Kurla Complex in Bandra East. Being in BKC means there's always a lot of activity outside our windows. This is a very modern part of Mumbai City, very different from the older neighborhoods. Our office is just a regular workspace where we get things done. Handling the daily tasks that come with running a foundation like this keeps us here most of the time. People sometimes think these big office buildings are all cold and quiet, but it’s actually quite lively inside. We drink a lot of tea while we talk through projects. It isn’t always easy to manage everything, and some days feel a lot longer than others. There's no fancy script for what we do. Just showing up and looking at what’s on the schedule is how it goes. The address says Mumbai 400051, but it feels like its own little world here sometimes. Polished presentations about our journey aren't something we spend time on. It’s just practical work. Most of the time, the focus is just on the next step in front of us. If you’re ever around Maker Maxity, you know how busy it gets. We are just one of the teams in there, doing our part without much fuss. Usually, we grab lunch at one of the nearby stalls and talk through things that need doing. It's a simple routine, but it keeps us going.
