Trishna Welfare Foundation

We’re located in the Synchronicity Building over on Nahar Amrit Shakti Road in Chandiwali. If you’re looking for us, we are in A Wing, Flat 804. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we make it work. Trishna Welfare Foundation started because a group of us who live in this neighborhood felt like we could do more for the people around us. It’s a busy part of the city, and it’s easy for people to get lost in the shuffle. We wanted to have a place where someone could just reach out. Our office is basically a living room that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a good view, which helps when things get stressful. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just show up and do what’s needed. Sometimes it’s organizing things for the local kids, other times it’s helping out a family in the building. We’re just regular Mumbaikars who want to help. We know how hard life can be in the city sometimes. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just want to be a reliable group that people in Chandiwali can count on. It’s not fancy, and we don't have big signs, but we are here and we are doing the work every day. It is just how we like to spend our time.
