Trishali Arts

If you’re looking for Trishali Arts, we are at 4 Masrani Lane, inside Kamalabai Chawl. It’s right near the Gaurishankar Mandir, so you can often hear the bells ringing or the music from the temple while we work. The chawl is a busy, lived-in place with kids playing in the corridors and neighbors chatting over their balconies. Our space is small and can get quite warm, but it’s where all the creativity happens. There are brushes, paints, and sketches scattered everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We started this as a way to do what we love, and being in such a vibrant local setting keeps us inspired. The people around here are like family, and they often pop their heads in to see what new thing we are working on. We don’t have a big budget for fancy equipment or decor, so we make do with what we have. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Some days the lane is so crowded it’s hard to get through, but that’s just the charm of this part of town. We’re not a big company with a lot of rules; we just like making things and being part of the local scene near the mandir. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like we belong.
