Art Galleries

Our gallery is located in Kandivali East on the 24th Main Road, specifically in the 2nd Sector of Parangi Palya at number 3. It is a quiet place most of the time. We have various pieces of art hanging on the walls and some sitting on the floor. People walk in and just look around for a bit. We don't have any big speeches or explanations about the work. We just put it up and let it be. The building at number 3 is easy to find if you know the 24th Main Road. We spend our mornings dusting the frames and making sure the lights are pointing in the right direction. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the wind outside, so we sweep it often. We’ve been here in Parangi Palya for quite some time now. It is a nice enough spot for a gallery. We don't have many big events. Usually, it is just one or two people coming in at a time to see what is new. We change the things on the walls every few weeks so there is always something different to see. We aren't trying to be like the big galleries in other areas. We just like having this space in Kandivali East. It is a simple job, looking after the art and talking to whoever shows an interest. We just keep the doors open and wait to see who comes in next.
