Paramparik Karigar

We've been here at Worli Sea Face for a while now, up on the second floor of Flat 5 along 10 Kumaram Abdul Gaffar Khan Road. It’s a busy spot but the view of the water is nice if you catch it at the right time. Paramparik Karigar is mostly just us doing what we do every day and keeping things moving. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just a regular space where we handle the paperwork and meet people when they drop by. Some days it’s quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing about different projects. The sea breeze helps on the hot days even if the traffic outside is a bit much. Most people find us through word of mouth or they’ve seen the address on our letters. We usually get in early, have some chai, and then start looking through the lists and making calls. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We’ve stayed in this same flat for years because it works for us and the landlord is decent enough. There isn’t much to say except we keep at it. Sometimes the lift acts up so we take the stairs, which keeps us moving. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the building near the main road. It's nothing special to look at from the outside but it’s where everything gets done for the business. We just like it here.
