Our office is located on the 8th floor of the South Annex, B2, in One Indiabulls Centre. We are right in the middle of Lower Parel on Senapati Bapat Marg. It’s a very modern building, which is a bit different from the crowded streets down below in Mumbai. Art Capital (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. To be honest, the traffic on Senapati Bapat Marg is usually a mess, so getting to work can be a real struggle some mornings. Once you’re up on the 8th floor, though, it’s much quieter. We mostly deal with the business side of art and finance. The office is full of desks, computers, and a fair amount of paperwork. We aren't really the type for big corporate speeches or fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the research, and talk to our clients on the phone. There are a few paintings on the walls, but it’s mostly just a regular workplace. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and talk about the news. The view from the windows is pretty good, you can see a lot of the city’s skyline from up here. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from people who already know who we are and what we do. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep it relaxed and friendly.
