Tiss Incube Foundation

We operate out of the Mumbai Mata Bal Sangopan Kendra on Wada Road in Khed. It's a bit of a drive to get out here, but it's a good spot for what we do. The building has been around for a while and has a lot of character. We share space with the center, so there’s always something going on. Children and families are coming and going throughout the day, which keeps the place feeling alive. Our part of the foundation focuses on helping small ideas get off the ground. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or modern furniture. Just some tables, a few old computers, and a lot of patience. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, making it hard for people to reach us sometimes. But we stay open anyway. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who have a project they want to start. It’s mostly listening and giving some practical advice based on what we've seen. We aren’t experts in everything, but we’ve been around long enough to know what usually works around here. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears ties or has big titles. We just use our first names and talk like normal people. The local shops nearby are where we get our lunch and talk to the neighbors. It’s a tight-knit community and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We just keep at it.
