We are based up on the 4th floor of The Metropolitan building in Pune. It sits on Survey No 21 in the Wakdewadi area of Shivaji Nagar. Being in this part of the city means we deal with a lot of traffic on the way in every morning. The office is decent enough and gives us a good view of what is happening around the neighborhood. Even though the name sounds big, the day-to-day life here is mostly just us sitting at desks and handling paperwork or talking on the phone. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to keep things on track. Shivaji Nagar is a busy hub, so there is always something going on outside. We usually grab lunch from the small stalls nearby instead of doing anything formal. It is just a group of people trying to make sense of the building industry. We have been at this location for a bit now and have grown used to the rhythm of the building. The elevators sometimes take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby quite a bit. It’s not a flashy lifestyle by any means. We just show up, do what is required, and head back home. The office gets a bit quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused on their screens. We don't really go for big speeches or fancy meetings. We just keep our heads down and work. It is enough to keep us moving.
