Cleveland Bridge

We have been based out of the Hamidya Building for quite a while now. If you know Samuel Street in Mumbai -9, you know it gets pretty crowded around here with all the trucks and people moving about. We handle structural work and bridge related projects. It is not an easy job and the office is usually full of drawings and site reports. We started out small and just kept going with whatever work came our way. Most days it is just us trying to keep up with the deadlines and making sure the steel and parts are where they need to be. There isn't much to say about the office itself, it's just 44/21 on the street, a place where we sit and plan things. We have seen the city change quite a bit from this window. People come in and out, some stay for years and some are just here for a project. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff, we just focus on the engineering side. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we are all out on site. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have some fans going. That’s just how it is here. We do what we are supposed to do and try to get home on time when the traffic isn't too bad on the bridge roads. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know how to do after all these years of being on Samuel Street.
