Tasneem Kakal

My name is Tasneem Kakal and I operate out of Yash Residency, specifically Plot A/401. This is in the Mazgaon area, not far from Ganga Bedi Road. Mazgaon has a very specific feel to it, a bit old-fashioned and very busy with local trade and traffic. My office is in a residential building, which I think makes it feel more relaxed for anyone who comes to visit. It’s on the fourth floor. I’ve been in this spot for a while and I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning starts with the sounds of the street coming to life down below. I usually keep my workspace quite organized, though there are always stacks of papers that seem to grow on their own when I’m not looking. It’s a simple room with enough space for me and maybe two other people to sit comfortably and talk. There is a lot of history in these streets around Ganga Bedi Road. I like being part of a community where people recognize you at the local stores and say hello. Finding the building can be a little tricky if you aren't familiar with the side streets, but once you find Yash Residency, it's easy enough to spot. I don't have any big corporate goals; I just want to do my work well and keep things moving. It’s a small, honest operation in the heart of the city where I feel quite at home.
