Talk Through Foundation

You can find us on the 19th floor of Tower B in the Peninsula Business Park. We are right in Lower Parel, which is a very busy part of Mumbai. Talk Through Foundation is the name on the door, though the office itself is pretty modest despite being in such a big tower. Getting up to the 19th floor can take a few minutes if the elevators are busy during the morning rush. Once you are up here, the city looks very different. We spend our days talking to people and trying to help them navigate their problems. It is a lot of listening, really. We have a few small rooms where people can sit and just talk in peace. We did not want a place that felt like a cold clinic or a stiff corporate office. We have some comfortable chairs and a few plants that we try to keep alive. The staff here is just a small group of us who enjoy the work. We do not have any big slogans or complex strategies. We just think that most things can be figured out if you sit down and talk them through. Lower Parel is always rushing around outside, so we try to keep things a bit slower and calmer inside our space. It is a good balance for us. We stay here late many evenings because that is when people usually have the time to visit.
