Taj Residency,Trivandrum(Kerla)

This place in Trivandrum is where we spend all our time. Gaurav Rajiv Arora runs the show here, and we try to keep things organized for everyone who stays. Kerala is a beautiful part of the country, and being in the capital keeps us quite busy with guests coming in for all sorts of reasons. We aren't trying to be the flashiest spot in town, just a place where you can get some rest and a decent meal. The building has its quirks, like any older place, but we keep it clean. Sometimes the rain here is so heavy you can’t hear yourself think, but it’s part of the charm. We have a small staff that has been with us for a long time. We know the local streets and where to get the best snacks if a guest asks. It’s not a complicated operation. We check people in, make sure their rooms are ready, and help out with directions. We don't use those fancy booking systems that break all the time; we prefer talking to people directly. It makes things feel a bit more personal. Life moves a bit slower here compared to the big cities up north, and we like it that way. If you’re looking for us, just ask around the neighborhood. Most people know where we are. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to whoever walks in.
