Soham Arts

Soham Arts is located over in Parel, at B 371. We’re pretty close to the old Ganesh Talkies, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Pitampura is a lively area and there is always something going on outside our door. Our workspace is small and can get a bit dusty from all the materials we use. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find half-finished projects on the tables and sketches pinned to the walls. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from someone else. The sounds of the local traffic and people talking on the street come right into the shop. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, but that’s just Parel for you. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other shop owners on the block. The days are usually spent working with our hands and trying to get the details right. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and talk to whoever walks in. It can be a lot of hard work, especially when we have several things going at once, but we enjoy the process. It’s a simple life and we’re happy to be part of this community near the cinema. We just keep our heads down and finish the work.
