We are located in room number 67 on the ground floor of Abhinav Nagar CHS Ltd. This is on Road Number 1 in Borivali East. We are right near the Abhinav School, so we hear the school bells and the noise of the children every single day. It’s a ground floor room, which makes it very easy for people to just stop by and say hello. We don't have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs here. The building is part of a regular housing society, so there are always laundry lines hanging out and neighbors chatting on the walkways. Our office is quite compact. We have a few steel cupboards where we keep all our files and a couple of desks that take up most of the floor space. It gets a bit crowded when more than three or four people are inside at once. We usually have the door open to let some air circulate, as it can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons. Borivali is a busy suburb, and being on the east side means we are close to the station and the highway. There is always a bit of background noise from the traffic on Road Number 1. We’ve decorated the walls with a few simple frames and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. It’s a very down-to-earth setup. We don't go in for anything fancy. We just wanted a place that was accessible to the community, and this room in Abhinav Nagar works well for that.
