Shunya Se Shikhar Foundation

Shunya Se Shikhar Foundation is located in Building 38, C/9, Manish Nagar. It is a busy spot in Andheri West. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and tea cups. People walk in and out all day. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes it doesn't, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We have been at this address for a while now. Most people around here know us by name. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and chairs. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice, though the street noise can get quite loud. Manish Nagar has a lot of small shops nearby, so getting snacks or supplies is easy. We spend most of our mornings just sorting through things and talking to whoever drops by. There’s a specific way the sun hits the room in the afternoon and it gets quite warm. We have a small fan that rattles a bit. It is homey in a way. The name Shunya Se Shikhar means a lot to the people here, but on a daily basis, we are just here doing the work. We do not have big meetings or anything like that. Just regular people trying to stay busy and get things done. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. You can usually find someone here from nine till six. It is just how it is.
