Shruti Nagarkar

You can find me at Oyster Apartments, right near the Sai Baba Mandir in Cuffe Parade. My place is 4-B. It's a decent building, though the area around Jakat Naka gets pretty crowded during the day. I’ve been set up here for a while. Shruti Nagarkar is the name I use for the business. It’s mostly just me working from this apartment space. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a homey feel, which I think people appreciate when they come by. There’s a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. I don't have a big staff or anything like that. I handle the calls and the paperwork myself usually. It gets a bit overwhelming when things pile up, but that’s just how it goes when you run your own thing. The Mandir is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the way for the first time. I’ve lived in this part of Mumbai for years, so I know the streets well. I’m not into those big corporate setups. I prefer staying small and knowing exactly what’s happening with every person who walks in. It’s just a simple setup where I do my daily tasks. I try to be available most hours, but sometimes I have to step out for errands. Just a normal local business really. Nothing fancy going on here, just regular work for the day.
