Shree Ashapura Watch Co

You can find us at Shop No 6 inside the Soni Shopping Centre. We are right across from Om Jewellers in the Asarwa area of Borivali West. It’s a pretty busy part of town, and there are always people walking back and forth between the shops. Our place at Shree Ashapura Watch Co isn't very large. It’s mostly just a counter and the workspace behind it where we do all the actual fixing. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. The shop is filled with the smell of machine oil and the sound of small tools clinking together. We handle everything from basic battery swaps to fixing the internal gears of older watches. Sometimes the parts are so small we have to hold our breath while we move them. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be tiring, but it's what we know how to do. We have a small bench outside where people can wait if we’re busy, though most just go for a walk and come back. The floor is tile and a bit worn down from years of footsteps. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by. It’s just us doing our work in Borivali, keeping things running one watch at a time. It’s a steady job.
