You can find us up on the 8th floor of the Mars C building within the Vasant Galaxy complex. Our office is Flat No. 801, which gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding Bangur Nagar area in Goregaon West. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and the commute here can be a bit of a struggle during peak hours, but we make it work. The office itself is basically just a converted apartment, so it has a lived-in feel that you do not get in those shiny glass buildings. Shared Purpose Foundation is run by a small team, and we usually have stuff scattered all over the place. There are books on the shelves and plenty of charging cables running across the floor. We do not really go for the formal office look. Most of us just wear regular clothes and sit wherever there is an open chair. The lift in Mars C can be a little moody sometimes, so we have learned to be patient. There is always a bit of noise from the street far below, but once you are inside, it is a decent place to focus. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or talking over tea. It is not a very big space, but it serves our needs just fine. We have gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the neighbors around us.
